Small cooler 50F [food 41-44F - transferred to walk in cooler] - do not use until maintaining 41F. Large cooler: food 41 and below; TCS foods above 43F transferred to walk in cooler [out of temperature 1 hour] - cooler 44F after being switched on.
  • Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Two coolers switched off. Majority of TCS foods at 41F and below. All TCS foods above 43F had been out of temperature for 1 hour and were transferred to walk in cooler. Coolers turned on immediately following cleanup.
