  • Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Do not use household dishwasher for public use.
  • Basic - Food being prepared outside. Outdoor pizza oven still in place from previous owner. Please note: at this time cooking preparing food outside is not allowed. Use of pizza oven will result in the filing of an administrative complaint against the licensee.
  • Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit.Several coolers missing thermometers.
  • Basic - Single-service items stored on floor.
  • High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment.
  • Intermediate - No handwash sink for employees.No handsink / water supplied behind bar. If ice is scooped from behind bar a handsink will need to be installed.
  • Intermediate - No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products.
