At callback, observed email printout stating Mrs. Gomez is signed up to take ServSafe CFM exam on 9/25/14. Advised establishment to save any emails stating Mrs. Gomez has passed her CFM exam if she has not received her certificate by the time the callback is due. Time extension of 30 days granted. This violation will be addressed on October 10, 2014.
