Bacon 58° sitting on reach in freezer, had manager move to reach in cooler.   • High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Reach In cooler by cook line: Hot dog 49°, foot long hot dog 47°, ambient 51°, chicken 51°, corn dog 48°. Corrective action, moved items to walk in cooler.
  • Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. The ceiling of the ice machine has excessive mold build up.
  • Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance on/around soda dispensing nozzles. Soda nozzles on both units are built up with soda accumulation and black debris. The soft serve machine has dusty/black accumulation inside front vent.
