  • Observed nonfood-contact equipment in poor repair. Center door of upper unit upstairs kitchen main cookline sandwich bar cooler insulation panel is not proeperly mounted, falls/lays upon food when in closed position.

All items that are out of temperature were discarded on-site by manager during inspection. Surrounding coolers to be utilized.
