  • Critical - Thermometers not calibrated according to manufacturer's specifications. Inspecyor calibrated 2 dial stems that were 10+ degrees out of calibration as well as inspectors digital thermometer.
  • Wall not smooth and easily cleanable, walk-in freezer interior of door and outer walls with pealing paint.
  • Wet mop not hung to dry-employee mopping and other duties at same time, leaving the mop in bucket.
