  • Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. On Reach in cooler handles across from pizza oven, 2 door reach in cooler back of kitchen has slimy build up on left door.
  • Basic - Employee beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area does not have a lid and a straw or equivalent dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Employee drink without a lid or straw on shelf next to 2 door reach in cooler back of kitchen, manager voluntarily discarded. **Corrected On-Site**
  • Basic - Gaskets with slimy/mold-like build-up. On reach in cooler across from pizza oven especially on left door
  • Basic - Wall around dish machine and floor under three-compartment sink area soiled. Debris Under dish machine and triple sink, discarded glove and debris on floor next to fryers. Manager stated dish machine area will be cleaned tomorrow. Wall behind dish machine is soiled with debris
  • High Priority - No vacuum breaker on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. On non chemical side, back flow device in in wrong location
