  • High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on new set of gloves to work with food. Observed cook handle raw food and remove gloves and put new globes on and not wash hands.

  • High Priority - Raw fish cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in cooler 3 , raw salmon at 52°F, raw grouper 52°, Ambient temperature of 52°F in cooler 3 across from oven on main line. Corrective action had food moved to walk in cooler.
