The inspectors observed approximately 30 live roaches on a shelf near the ice machine in the server area and eight live roaches on the floor next to the dishmachine. Several of the live roaches observed were killed during the inspection. The inspectors also observed 10 dead roaches on the floor in the server area, five dead roaches on the floor in the kitchen and 10 dead roaches on the ffloor next to the dish machine.
