Checked temperatures 3 times. Calibrated thermometers along with managers thermometer. Rechecked temperatures at 59-62°. Managers temperature was 58°. Spoke with the owner to get authorization to take an internal temperature of product, the internal temperature of the turkey was 62°, manager 59°. **Admin Complaint**
