  • Plumbing system in disrepair. Repair the leaking-dishspray nozzel.
  • Critical. Observed spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Install a hook, or other method, by which the distal end, of the dishspray nozzle, is prevented from extending below the top of the sink rim.
  • Critical. Portable fire extinguisher tag out-of-date. For reporting purposes only. The silver-fire extinguisher is past due to be serviced and retagged.

  • Critical. Observed expired Food Manager Certification. Ms. Perez's Food Manager Certificate has expired. Call 866 372 7233 to schedule a renewal exam. Keep copies of all Manager Certificates on the premises.
  • Critical. All public food service establishments must provide the division with proof of employee training upon request, including, but not limited to, at the time of any division inspection of the establishment. REMINDER: New employees must pass Food Safety Training within 60 days of hiring.
