During inspection, observed temperature of the walk-in cooler fluctuate between 41° to 47°, TCS foods were moved to other working coolers. - Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Smoothie lowboy reach-in cooler and the lowboy reachin ooler under the toaster.
