This violation must be corrected by : 12/2/12. Restaurant had closed down to do the remodel with plans not able to do call back on 12/2/12. Callback was done 1/14/13 and per plan reviewer the hand sink that was drawn on plans must be installed in that area and hand sink by three compartment sink must stay at its location by three compartment sink. Plan reviewer stated that plans they sent in must be how the establishment is set up or new plans sent in on changes but the additional hand sink must be added by the drive thru area.
