After having heard a young male employee swearing at another employee emphasizing that this time he meant it, I spent 7 minutes to order my coffee and the coffee did not have the amount of creamer or sugar I had requested. I have to admit that that it was really busy at the moment, but there were a lot of employees too. Why do I have to hear swearing at an eating place. I used to go to this place regularly about 3 years ago. Service has definitely crunched at this site. I was taken care of after an employee, probably, an assistant manager decided to act after seeing me waiting for a few minutes
