The best!!. I gave ambiance 4 because its great but you need to make it more kid friendly. Give them something to interact with while other family members might still be eating.I have an idea which I'm sure you've heard before. Make a kid friendly section. Have certain booths that have race car starting wheels and peddles. That link to my next idea. Interactive menues. Perfect for parents who don't want their children out of their zone of sight. The parents won't have to try to round up the child(ren) to get there order. They don't have to worry about mean people in line making comments or bad remarks/movements due to kids being excited about getting to eat our lands version of a crabby Patty. All they have to do is find a seat then use the app to order. The interactive menues could then be used to play educational games or display on screen a car race between the kids/parents when playing with the steering wheels and peddles connected to that seating the interactive menu is connected to. The kids can just have fun without worrying who they are upsetting. You could also do the interactive menu in all booths in case someone is handicapped physically or mentally, or just want peace and quiet. They can't or they don't want to stand in long lines.The parents don't have to worry about explaining to the kids why a person in line or sitting across from them is using really awful language. They don't have to worry about being around someone yelling maybe being vulgar or violent too. They get 4 on cleanliness because nothing can be 5 ,but they're pretty close. More like 4.5 . Service is 4. They are pretty good but sometimes it seems like mgmt. never really give the employees the back up support they need. They put more on the employees than themselves. The mgr was trained for that not the 16 wI don't remember ever going to any other location since toddler stage on. My family has been going there since the first day it opened. Still continue to this day even if it is out of their way. So you know it's good!!! Keep up the good work and trimming the fat
