  • Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. White big containers in the Walk in Cooler have sticker on after washed per manager, manager rewash a and took out the sticker. **Corrected On-Site**
  • Intermediate - Hot water at handwash sink does not reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Water 88°F, gas been turn off while doing the maintained work, manager turn back on. Check back all the Hand Wash Sink and Three Compartment Sink Are 103-110°F. **Corrected On-Site**
