A splash guard is required on both side of each of the hand sinks at the sushi bar because the adjoining surfaces is the top of the reach in coolers which will be used as a prep surface for the purpose of rolling sushi
  • Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. 1. To each of the lower reach in coolers at the sushi bar. 2. To the walk in cooler
  • Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. 1. To bar bar hand sink. 2. To each of the three hand sinks at the sushi bar. 3. To the new hand sink in the dining room. Every hand wash sink will require a hand wash sign.
