  The establishment does not have an employee health policy for the prevention of foodborne illnesses. I provided the establishment with a copy of the DC Food Code employee medical referral, interviw, and reporting agreement forms.

  A cat is walking around and lounging behind the counter of the establishment. A box of kitty litter was observed on by the floor near the door leading from the customer area to the rear of the establishment. According to the manager on duty, he takes the cat home every night.
