Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible There is no hand sink for the cook/food prep operation per the submitted plans.
Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control Facility has a beverage refrigeration unit that is not designed for use with potentially hazardous food items.
Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure No hot water at the time of the inspection.
Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices Bathroom are not allowed to open directly into a room used to prepare food for the public.
Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned Bathroom door not self closing.
Garbage & refuse properly disposed, facilities maintained Facility has trash contract but due to contruction in the alley they have no waste containers.
