Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, & used; test strips There is no pressure gauge installed with the dishwash machine. There are no equipment specifications available to determine what type of rinse the unit utilizes.
Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices There are no air gaps above the floor drain beneath the 3-compartment sink and the floor drain at the grease trap. There are inadequate air gaps above the drain pipes beneath the drains of the 3-compartment sink.

The establishment's employee health policy regarding the prevention of foodborne illness was provided electronically and was reviewed.
CORRECT ALL OUTSTANDING VIOLATIONS PRIOR TTO REQUEST FOR REINSPECTION.
