COMPLAINT NOTES: PICTURES ENCLOSED
Discussed with the Manager about the complaint, he stated that sometimes they do have signs of rodents activity at the restaurant, but their Pest Control contractor is normally called. Rodents droppings were found in the rear of the soda machines, very dirty/filfy unclean area. Last Pest Control inspection invoices/reports dated 12/18/2013. No rodents/mices or rats seen at the time of the inspection.
