Hand washing sink blocked while kitchen was in operation. - Food separated and protected

Chicken noodle soup observed being cooled down in deep metal pan in reach-in refrigerator. - Thermometers provided & accurate

An air gap lacking between the spray hose at the 3-compartment sink and the flood level of the 3-compartment sink. (please see picture) - Sewage & waste water properly disposed

The floor areas, especially the ones that are hard to reach places such as under/behind refrigeration units, shelvings, food preparation tables,steam table, cook line, 3-compartment sink, are not cleaned regularly to preclude solid and grease accumulations. (please see pictures)
