Discussed with the Owner about the complaint, he showed me where he believes the rodents/pest and rats came from(see pictures) there is signs of rodents activity in a lot next to the restaurant, with holes on the ground. The lot belongs to Howard University. Very dirty/filfy non food surfaces throughout the restaurant but no mice or roaches seen at the establishment. Last Pest Control inspection invoices/reports dated 10/11/2013.
