Remove any trash and weeds inside of lot to avoid any rodent harborage issues. Enact a cleaning schedule to address regrowth of weeds.
Enact plans to account for weather related contamination of equipment. Provide sealed covers for vats and other equipement that have potential to be damaged by wind, rain or snow.

NOTE: A TEMPORARY BEER GARDEN C OF O WAS OBSERVED. ALL EQUIPMENT USED TO MAKE BEER IS INSTALLED OUTSIDE EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS. THERE IS NOT STORAGE SPACE FOR ANY GLASSWARE, CLEAN AND OR SOILED FOOD EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS OR FOOD STORAGE WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT. 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND GARBAGE GRINDER AT BAR ARE NOT VERY ACCESSIBLE. THERE ARE NO BEER TAPS AT INSIDE BAR.
THE ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT APPROVED FOR LICENSING.
