Unfinished surfaces were observed on both inside and outside bars counter areas and shelving. - Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, & used; test strips

Unclean fan covers were observed in walk-in box. - Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices

NOTE: A TEMPORARY BEER GARDEN C OF O WAS OBSERVED. ALL EQUIPMENT USED TO MAKE BEER IS INSTALLED OUTSIDE EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS. THERE IS NOT STORAGE SPACE FOR ANY GLASSWARE, CLEAN AND OR SOILED FOOD EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS OR FOOD STORAGE WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT. 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND GARBAGE GRINDER AT BAR ARE NOT VERY ACCESSIBLE. THERE ARE NO BEER TAPS AT INSIDE BAR.
THE ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT APPROVED FOR LICENSING.
