Corrected on site, item was placed at the three vat sink for ware washing. In the meat department there was dried food debris on the slicer. Corrected on site, saw was broken down and placed at the three vat sink for ware washing.
- KDA_6_50112A - --There was hard water build up on the floor and wall under the three vat sink in the meat department.
- KDA_6_50116 - --Near the rest rooms there two mops placed in the mop buckets with the mop head down so that they could not air dry.
- KDA_8_30411A - --The license was not posted in a location visible to customers. Person in charge said that he would post the license in a frame on the top of the salad bar.
