Observation: Cheese pizza on shallow tray stored on hot holding unit and tempt between 121-125*F on serving line. Pizza was reheated at 165* placed on deep tray above hot holding unit to keep it at 135* or above. Corrected on site.

Observation: Condenser cover on reach-in freezer is missing in dry storage area. This is a REPEATING violation. Maintenance person placed the cover during the inspection and corrected on site.

Observation: Sink in basement is discharging in uncovered sum pit that is not equipped with a port cover to prevent backflow.Employees complaining on odor from downstairs from time to time.
