Observation: As noted during inspection dated July 2013 must have a food prep sink for washing veggies. Establishment continues to prep tomatoes without food prep sink. Must install food prep sink or serve pre sliced tomatoes from licensed establishment.

Observation: Bucket of bleach water is not labeled. Working containers of chemicals must be identified with common name. Label bucket. CORRECTED.

Observation: Raw shelled eggs being stored over drinks in reach-in cooler. Raw eggs must be stored on bottom shelve. CORRECTED.
