Quality of air will definitely add years to life, and improve health.

A quick study of what happened in this country in 2020 will also indicate that people are better off in lower populated areas like CNY than living in NYC.

People that think there are "more opportunities" in NYC, etc, are really just too focused on making money, and that shows their lack of intelligence, as there are things in life far more important like the air quality, the culture of "less stress", the open spaces and nature, etc...that CNY has to offer.
