Syracuse seems to be getting a bit too pricey.

Do you think that is because real estate across the county has exploded? Or do you think it has to do with Micron? Either way, I still see value, but I wish it was 2108-2020 again. And, with the high interest rates, I think I am going to wait it out, until the market goes down more, which it will in time. It always does.

To be honest, every area has become relatively pricy. However, a lot that is due to the lack or slower rate of housing being built. With that said, the area is still more affordable than most and you can find some places, if one actively looks, depending on what one is looking for.
