Based on scientific research, we know the Syracuse, NY Area and other Great Lakes Metropolitan Areas that use the Great Lakes Water as their source for drinking water will be a climate refuge city for centuries to come.

It would be nice to see the US acknowledge this, even if for national security reasons, by encouraging businesses and corporations to relocate to climate Receiver Cities or refuge Cities with incentives or tax breaks.

Makes sense if the US was to gain back manufacturing from China for national security reasons these manufacturing jobs should go where it is most safe from climate change and are havens for refugees.
