Sjogrens treatment? (Sioux Falls: best, population, specialists)

Does anyone have any experience or know of anyone who has a fairly serious case of Sjogrens disease that is treated in Sioux Falls and how the treatment options are??

Since this is a relatively low population area, I suspect you may not get a response. I think your best bet is to see a primary care Dr at Sanford or Avera and get a referral as far as to what specialists are available here in SF.
