MARCH 1 - AUGUST 30
Yoga on the Beach -- Siesta Key Public Beach, 9 am - 10:30 am each Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat.
FRIDAY
Music in the Park -- Bradenton's Riverwalk Park 6 - 8 pm at the pavilion.
Movies Under the Stars on The Green at UTC -- free event 8 - 10 pm, near Tequila Bar. Bring lawn chairs.
The Price is Right Show comes to the Van Wezel -- 8 pm show, ticket info at

DeSoto Heritage Festival Ball -- black-tie event, crowning of queen, food, dancing. Bradenton Area Convention Center in Palmetto. Ticket info at:

Free Music Friday Night Concert -- at the gazebo in Venice's Centennial Park, 7 - 9 pm, bring lawn chairs.
FRIDAY - SATURDAY
Venice Symphony's final performances for the season -- The Crown Jewel Finale. Orchestra & Chorale. Tickets online. Venice Performing Parts Center.

Sarasota Tattoo Expo -- Over 80 artists participating. Sarasota Municipal Auditorium. Tickets (at door only) $20 - $35. Fri 1 - 10 pm, Sat 11 am - 10 pm, Sun 11 am - 9 pm.
SATURDAY
Sarasota Farmers Market -- downtown at Lemon & Main, 7 am - 1 pm.
Central Sarasota Farmers Market -- corner Proctor & Beneva, 8 am - 1 pm.
Bradenton Farmers Market -- on Old Main Street (400 12th St W), 9 am - 2 pm.
Venice Farmers Market -- at the City Hall, 401 W Venice Ave, 8 am - 1 pm.
Summer Hours: 8 am - noon.
UTC Fit -- free, various get fit activities each week. The Green at UTC mall, 9:30 - 10:30 am.
Annual Tree Fair -- native FL trees for sale $15 - $25 each, food trucks, vendors, music. 9 am - 1 pm, North Port City Center Green at the city hall.
Old Miakka Wildflower Walk -- free event, 9 - 10:30 am, Old Miakka Preserve on Fruitville Rd, east of I-75 past Verna Rd.
Johnny Mathis -- The Voice of Romance Tour, Van Wezel, 8 pm, tickets $90 - $120 at

Taco & Tequila Bar Crawl -- downtown Sarasota starting at Raffurty's 1 pm for registration, visits 5 bars, specials, giveaways, photos, 1 - 6 pm.
Big Truck Day at CoolToday Park -- 40 big trucks and heavy machines for kids to get up close with. Inflatables, food vendors, free admission, 9:30 am - 1:30 pm. CoolToday Park in North Port/ Wellen Park.
FloFest -- live music, food trucks, beer booths, cannabis chefs. 12 - 8 pm, Charlotte County Fairgrounds in Port Charlotte, tickets $30 - $100 (VIP).
DeSoto Grand Parade -- one of the oldest and largest parades in the Southeast. New parade route this year starts in downtown Bradenton on Manatee Ave at 7:30 pm. Pre-parade street party starts 4 pm. Info at:

FL Scholastic Rowing Association Championship -- Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, 8 am - 5 pm.
SUNDAY
Lakewood Ranch Farmers Market -- Waterside Place, 10 am - 2 pm.
The Meadows Farmers Market -- At the Meadows shopping village off Honore, 10 am - 2 pm.
Wellen Park Farmers Market -- 9 am - 1 pm.
Polo at Lakewood Ranch -- gates open 10 am, starts at 1 pm, tickets $15 & up. Polo ticket and other info at:

The Ski-A-Rees Water Ski Show -- free show, starts 2 pm, 1602 Ken Thompson Pkwy by Mote
Sundays at the Bay -- free performance by various artists at The Oval on the Bay (1055 Blvd of the Arts), 4 - 5:30 pm.
Siesta Key Beach Drum Circle -- free event, people gather about an hour before sunset.
Rolling Stones Tribute -- Motorworks Brewing, 6 - 10 pm, 1014 9th St W, Bradenton.
Devereaux - Kaiser Car Show -- largest classic car show in SW Florida. Food trucks, vendors, beer tent. 9 am - 2 pm, Sarasota County Fairgrounds. Adults/$5 donation, kids 10 and under get in free.
