Great to see some of these towns and cities transitioning. I love to see older homes and neighborhoods repurposed instead of building new neighborhoods with cookie cutter homes.
Current real estate sales a the increase in median home prices in Woonsocket portray a different reality.
I posted a link in the Woonsocket thread, re. stats on the high school. Median home prices have been on the rise throughout the state and country, due to acute inventory problems. Pretending this is a reflection of Woonsocket's desirability is blatantly deceptive. Since this thread is about Pawtucket, would you like to discuss its own high schools that are probably best known for their student daycare?
