I heard a commentator say the change of venue could have easily occurred as one county over Biden won by 51% to 49%, thus the jury pool would have been much more balanced.
If accurate, it is obvious that the Democrats have no intention of being even slightly fair to Trump, as they aren't even worried about the optics.
All it takes is 1 person not suffering from TDS: eek: to stop the rigged Dem Kangaroo Court in its tracks. I saw one juror purportedly gets their news from Truth Social, if true, it will be a hung jury.

I would wager a decent amount that there is one Trump supporter that will hang that jury.
I'd sit there and not listen to any of the court antics and hang it myself, would be honored to.
There has many of the prospective jurors who are or had been involved in some way with people in the prosecution and with others in other areas of the court. It's almost like they're using only the DNC voter rolls when sending their jury summons.
I heard today that during voir dire they were asking if jurors were democrat or republican. Not typical to my knowledge.
Has anyone figured out the other crime that Trump was charged with that elevated this misdemeanors to felonies?
I'm glad you brought this up since I heard a talking head lawyer on the radio speaking about this. The 'other crime' is mentioned, but not articulated, in the indictment. No one knows what it is.
None of this is gonna matter, it will get appealed....
