Default Cuomo resigning. What happens to the 2022 governors race?

Cuomo was going to run for #4. Now he's out, and the no-name Lt Governor will be in office. So this is pretty close to an open seat. Who's going to run and who'll win?

I have to say the day 1 front runner is, unfortunately, Tish James. Gilinbrand may be a possibility also.
