Just to keep my word and like the other ethnic threads that offer information about those communities in Upstate NY, I will provide such information about Asian communities(South, SE and East) as well.
To start it off, places like Ithaca, Vestal, Brighton, Gang Mills and Menands are around or above 10% Asian. More urban communities are on Syracuse's North(mainly due to refugee resettlement) and East(colleges/universities) Sides, Buffalo's West Side(refugee resettlement) and Rochester's SE Quadrant(proximity to colleges/med school), among others.

Also, the area covering the Sweet Home SD in Amherst is about 12% Asian and is likely due in part to University of Buffalo's campus being within a portion of the school district. Rush-Henrietta SD is similar in this regard due to the presence of Rochester Institute of Technology(RIT) in the district/town, as a little under 10% of its residents are Asian. Both are a couple of the most culturally diverse suburban school districts in Upstate NY in terms of school district enrollment as well. Vestal is also home to Binghamton University and that institution also has an impact on the Asian population in that town, but there is a substantial Asian student population in the Vestal SD as well(I believe about 15% or so).
Some neighborhoods at the census tract/block group level that are at least 10% Asian and within the range(lower and up) of "middle class": Census Tract 013002 in Monroe County, New York
Will add more later, if applicable........Some block groups in places like Binghamton, Horseheads, South Colonie SD and some others just missed in terms of percentage.
