Question..i live in buffalo and I am looking to rent the a 990sqft house built in 1960. They have a broiler and oil for heat and hot water. Does anyone know about how much that would be monthly? I have 3 teens I can't afford a high bill. Any feedback would be appricate.

Lived beside that area but I only ended up spending 80 a month

It depends on what you're using tho obviously
