Chenango County??? (New York, Syracuse, Utica: schools, legally, shop)

Can anyone please share what area is the best in this county. Shopping, schools, medical care. How close is airport. Never heard of this county. Thanks- Possible job

That is south-east of Syracuse- cities of Norwich and Oneonta are out that way. Maybe check the Syracuse board?

Norwich is pretty much it, in terms of within the county. Oneonta isn't too far away and is a little bit bigger. Closest international airport is in Syracuse, which is about an hour and 15 minutes away or so. Depending on where you are in the county, you would to Binghamton, Utica or Syracuse for more or major shopping options.
