In some areas, lights like that aren’t legal. Locally I saw a guy getting on his motorcycle in a shopping center parking lot. He had aftermarket lights. I commented that those would easily make him more visible to drivers. He told me he only uses them in parking lots, parking garages, or for showing off. Said when he first got them he got pulled over and ticketed for those lights on public streets.
