I am looking for information about police and prosecutorial misconduct in Lexington KY around 2009-1012. would like to hear any experiences of others during that time. My nephew was totally hunted down, possibly set up by his accuser with the encouragement (possibly avoiding a legal charge or police record) and help of the police including detectives. WE are looking for new evidence that we can take back to KY to demand a retrial and anyone else's experiences around that time would be very helpful. thank you!
