I had cottage cheese with caraway and black pepper on a flax bread toast,raw turnip,cucumber,tomato and beet slices and 2 glasses of lemon water.Blah.......
My company hosted a catered lunch for us today, which was from a local barbecue restaurant. I had some slices of beef brisket covered with barbecue sauce, 2 barbecued chicken legs, some sauteed/steamed vegetables (carrots, peas and mushrooms) and mashed potatoes. Diet Pepsi to drink.
A whole wheat pita bread filled with chunk light tuna mixed with low fat mayonnaise & slices of dill pickle, 2 Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits and a glass of cranberry juice.
Fried chicken breast with a side of Jalapeño peppers, collard greens and cornbread.
