Does anyone know if the Comfort Suites addition and phase 2 of the Wieland Block are finished yet?

Default Culvers??

Someone at one time mentioned a Culvers was going to be built not to far from the mall. Any news there? Tired of driving over to Superior or up to Two Harbors for my fix (no, not the butter burgers).

Both the Comfort Suites addition and Wieland Block phase II are done. Culvers is still to be built up by the mall, but they had to push it back a bit due to permitting issues.

Residence Inn - 08/09/09 | POV Cub Foods parking lot

Texas Road - 080909 | POV: Olive Garden parking lot

This is so awesome - I sure appreciate that you are doing this! It's unbelievable to see the progress from one week to another. The Residence Inn really shows it this week, doesn't it?

Anyway, thanks for taking your time to do this!

Wow! RI looks great! So does the DECC. I did see that TR had started to lay there foundation bricks this week. All of the footings have been poured.

RI should go up quick. All of the exterior walls and interior walls are all pre built.

Thanks for doing this!

Does anyone know who is developing the Residence Inn? I heard earlier on City Data that a restaurant was going next to it, but I walked through one in Roseville recently and it had its own bar/restaurant right in the lobby area.

The Koehler Organization of Aberdeen, SD is developing the project. There is an actual restaurant lot that is for sale, but as far as I know, it has found no buyer.

Has the second Gramercy Park senior co-op next to Uniprise started construction yet? I haven't heard about that one in a while.
