I'm really hoping a new shopping center opens up near Mill's Fleet Farm as well (one with a Trader Joes, HomeGoods, and a World Market)! Though, I'm very happy Mill's is coming---that, I believe, will drive future development! On a side note, 260,000 sq ft is a lot---that will pretty much take up most of that land!

Just noticed ALDI is advertising for many positions for Duluth and Superior. Anyone know where they may be going?

I'm really excited about the retail project proposed for the corner of Kenwood Avenue and Arrowhead Road. Seems like they are going to have a really strong presence of different retail brands if they already have Caribou Coffee/Bruegger's Bagels signed on. I am SO excited that Bruegger's is coming to Duluth! I'm interested in seeing the housing option too.

Looks like the next phase of Bluestone will have a Jimmy John's! Anything else that we know about?

There are six tenants total. Besides Jimmy John's, the other two confirmed tenants are Diamond Nail and another Members Coop. Credit Union. I'm wondering who the other three tenants are? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Saw the sign for Sugar Maple Crossing on a flatbed truck just a few minutes ago. It listed Burger King, Dickey's BBQ and also Domino's Pizza. Looks like that is the pizza place they were talking about. I was really hoping for a Pizza Ranch there! lol

Saw on Fox 21 that Chipotle has plans for a second location in 2016. Sweet!

Good stuff! Hopefully more central this time around. I think a second store would be easily supported if in Woodland or East Hillside.

This is all hear say, but my co-worker was recently at a Red Robin in the Twin Cities. The server asked where they were from, and they said Duluth. The server then said "oh, we're going to be putting a Red Robin in Duluth!". I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about this? I noticed they were converting a TGI Friday's in St. Cloud to a Red Robin.

Also, while in St. Cloud, I noticed a sign for "Chik-fil-a coming soon". Wondering if we will be next, and if anyone has heard anything about them coming here?
