Maybe razing the house and building a new one in its place will put an end to this?
I wouldn’t say no one. Google your address and something negative comes up, surely some people will simply consider a different house.

Consider a different house? Farmington has just two pages worth of inventory.
I'm not sure 6 bedroom 11K sq ft houses grow on trees in Farmington so if that's what your looking for good look finding another in this almost non-existent inventory market.

There are only 20 listings on Zillow but that includes 4 listings for land, 2 condos and 2 homes to be built. $3.2 million is the top of the Farmington market though it does have a number of high priced homes. Its Mountain Spring, Talcott Notch and Devonwood neighborhoods have many pricey homes. It’s pretty affluent.

Yes, I understand the CURRENT housing market. You guys forget that in 2017 the housing market in Hartford county was absolute dog crap. The house I bought, 2200 sq ft 3 bed 2.5 bath 2 car garage SFH with .75 acres built 1999 in a neighborhood with underground utilities sold for $315K and was on the market for 5 months. That was not that long ago and if Covid didn’t occur, it probably would still be worth under $400K.

I’m simply saying, it’s not a positive when a house has a murder or belongs to a bad person. At a minimum it’s a no impact but likely impacts SOME people’s purchase decision

Is what pending? I’m saying not that long ago that was the CT housing market, lack of appreciation and houses on the market. Farmington no different.

I know I was just wondering if the Fotis Farmington house was pending yet?
I guess I could just go research and look it up but figured I’d ask here first. It’s not top of mind so don’t worry about it, I’ll get over it.
