Medical transportation for mother (Albany: transport companies, nursing, company)

Hi all. I have a diabetic mother in an Albany hospital. I’m trying to arrange medical transport to a Virginia nursing care facility.
I’m hitting some dead ends.
Hospital isn’t being helpful. Where can I hire a nurse for a transportation job?
It would consist of the drive down and a flight back to NY, or a medical company?
I’m sorry, I am at a loss here.

Thanks CK. They weren’t able to assist. However it was worked out with a nurse from the hospital. So all is good. Thank you.
