The B Street Theatre

B Street Theatre has offered a range of acts to Sacramento, California residents and visitors. They usually have contemporary productions though some classics are held on stage. The theater is located in midtown where Mainstage, B3, and Family Series performances are provided throughout the year. The mission of B Street is to promote literacy, social interaction, education, and cultural enrichment to those who attend. The company was founded in 1986 and has since provided performances to more than 200,000 students around Northern California.

Northport Cottage, Junie B Jones in Jingle Bells, and many other shows have been held at the theater. Mainstage has 7 shows each season in which audiences are delighted with the challenges provided on the stage. They always look for new work to keep things interesting. It is possible to subscribe to a membership in order to purchase all 7 shows or to purchase tickets per performance.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office. The box office is open Monday through Friday, and at least one hour before a performance. B Street Theatre hosts classes for acting should anyone be interested. Schools can call regarding performances and reservations. They can also ask for specific productions.
