    Observation: Bag of onions stored on the floor or food stored less than 6" above the floor.;Store food on approved shelving with minimum 6" legs or casters.
  • Temperature Measuring Devices
    Observation: The thermometer located in the upright display cooler is not easily readable.
    Correction: Provide a thermometer in the front of the unit cabinet so employees can read the thermometer.
  • Hand Drying Provision
    Observation: Towel dispenser in rear kitchen broken.
    Correction: Repair / replace broken towel dispenser.
  • Lighting, Intensity (repeated violation)
    Observation: Less than 10 foot candles of light was noted in the mop sink area. Measured 5 foot-candles of light.
    Correction: Provide at least 10 foot candles of light in the mop sink area. Recommend an additional ceiling light fixture.
  • Physical Facilities in Good Repair (corrected on site)
    Observation: Dead bulb in walk-in cooler light fixture.
    Correction: Replace dead bulb. Recommend 100 watt frosted bulb or fluorescent lamp equivalent.
