| Items to be corrected: 20 foot candles of light must be provided at front service line. Threads are exposed on the conduit clamps in the walk in cooler and freezer. Cut off or cover threads so they are cleanable. M. Marcenelle wanted the drain for the walk in cooler turned to prevent tripping or equipment contact. At the pre-opening inspection we will need all silverware, dishes, equipment, paper towels, hand soap, sanitizer test strips, thermometers, etc. in the facility. We will also need to see all refrigeration on and the dish machine in operation. Before issuance of the permit, we will need a confirmation that the plumbing has been flushed.
