KDA_3_30212 - --On the wooden counter there was a green plastic bowl with a white powder substance and not labeled. The cook said it was powdered sugar.
KDA_3_50114A2 - --In the refrigerator downstairs, there was a large plastic food grade container of pot pie at 48.6F. It was made on 8/31/15, there was condensation on the lid and closed tightly (not able to cool down within 6 hours). The ambient air temperature of the unit is reading 35.1F. COS-discarded.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the McCall RIC there was a plastic food grade container of black beans at 44.0F and made on 8/28/15. There was also a plastic container of sour cream at 44.5F. The doors to the cooler have been opened and closed due to preparing the salad bar (less than 4 hours). The ambient air temperature of the unit is reading 29.7F. COS-discarded the black beans and kept the doors closed.

There was one (22qt) plastic food grade container with the sticker left on the side and stored clean. In a drawer across from the stove there was one metal spatula with dried food debris and stored clean. COS-the cook cleaned the mixer and placed the other items in the ware wash area.
