KDA_6_501115A - --During the inspection, a medium black dog walked through the kitchen. PIC said it belongs to the house mother, is very old and expected to die in a month, and she lets it do what it wants. COS. Educated staff to keep doors closed at all times to not allow dog into the kitchen and to discuss situation with the house mother.
